Blister Packing Machine (XB Series)

XB series blister packing machine is mainly used for paper & plastic composite packaging for disposable medical devices such as needles, syringes, infusion sets, etc., as well as medical dressings such as gauze, surgical towels, bandages and etc., also can be used in food industry for plastic & plastic composite packaging for meat products. The form of packaging can be in choice of customers requirement, I. E. Vacuum packaging, filling nitrogen packaging, PVC, PET, PS etc. Formed box packaging.

Feature:
1. Most parts of equipment are made of aluminum or stainless steel, hygienic design for packaging without second dirty.
2. Good device configuration to ensure the equipment long-term reliability. Control system and servo drive use Mitsubishi PLC, Mark identification system uses Japan Omron color sensor (electric eye), Pneumatic components mainly use Japanese SMC products (solenoid valve, cylinder, etc. ), rodless cylinder selects German ORIGA products. Germany BUSCH vacuum pump R5-0040F (with air filters)
3. High rigidity of the hot mold frame and double-balloon compression device to ensure that equipment with highly efficient operation and perfect quality sealing.
4. To adopt both electric eye identifiable sensor and paper brake linkage control paper tension, achieving accurate aligned packaging for printing, seal and forming blister.
5. Cross-cut unit is by Rolling cross-section cut, to ensure that no scraps of paper cutting, more straight tangent.
